Advantages of Xeros Compressed Air Dryer:

• Latest technology of Aluminium plate type heat exchanger are used..
• Plate type heat exchangers are compact and light weight.
• Latest techonology of vacuum brazing is employed on the plate type heat exchangers. The heat exchangers are helium leak tested at 27 Bar (g) pressure.
• Pressure drop on the refrigeration line is negligible, hence rated cooling capacity of the compressor is utilized.
• Heat exchangers can easily be retrofitted without affecting the refrigeration line. Rotolocks are provided at the refrigerant inlet and outlet . Also victaulic couplings are provided on the compressed air in and out.
• Refrigeration piping line is not only pneumaticallly tested but is tested with Electronic leak Detectors ensuring that the leak is of the order of 0.03 gm/year.
